Registration

Registration is open from September 13, 2021 to October 25, 2021.

You must be up to date with your RFMF membership in order to register for the RFMF 14JS.

The number of places is limited (160). Do not delay in registering and we will update regularly the number of remaining places.

On site, the health pass will be mandatory (unless legislation changes in the meantime). Anyone without a current health pass will not be allowed to enter the center and participate in the conference.

Registration fees:

Permanent RFMF member: 320€.

Non-permanent RFMF member: 220€.

RFMF student/job seeker member: 180 €.

The registration fee includes participation in the conference, the electronic book of abstracts, lunch and dinner (Tuesday 23/11 noon to Friday 26/11 noon included), the gala evening.

Overnight stays are not included in the registration fee and must be paid directly to the accommodation center. Only a 3 nights package is proposed (no 1 or 2 nights package). Details are provided in the registration link.

A shuttle will be organized between the train station and the accommodation center.
